Roof renovation of a school building

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the roof of the County School Complex in Drzewica, at Staszica 5. The works include removing the existing lightning protection system, flashings, gutters, roof hatch and ventilation terminals; preparing the roof; installing geotextile and a PVC membrane; renewing flashings, gutters and lightning protection; installing ventilation grilles and a new roof hatch; carrying out electrical measurements; and providing scaffolding and as-built documentation. Demolition waste must be disposed of by the contractor at its own expense, while reusable materials and steel scrap remain the contracting authority’s property. The contract must be completed within 30 days of signing. The bid deadline is 29 September 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and quality guarantee at 40%. A minimum five-year guarantee is required; six years receives 20 points and seven years receives 40 points. The tender is not divided into lots and no bid bond or performance security is required. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
