Reconstruction of a forest road in the Gryfino Forest District, Krzywina forestry area, 4.25 km long

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of a 4.25 km forest road in the Krzywina forestry area administered by the Gryfino Forest District. The works cover geodetic surveying, strengthening the existing earth road with a mechanically stabilized natural crushed-stone surface approximately 3.50 m wide, passing bays, reconstruction of access roads, stump and shrub removal, traffic-organization arrangements and as-built geodetic documentation. Tree removal is excluded from the contractor’s scope, but stump and shrub grubbing and removal are included. The contract must be completed within 9 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be prepared in Polish. The bid bond is PLN 40,000. Offers are evaluated on price, weighted at 60%, and the declared warranty and defect-liability period, weighted at 40%; the available periods are 36, 48 or 60 months. The successful bidder must provide 5% performance security and liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000.
