Construction of a social and changing-room support building for LZS Radłów

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a social and changing-room support building for the LZS sports facility in Radłów. The works include earthworks, foundations, floors, walls, roofing, insulation and protective works, internal installations, windows and doors, finishing works, paved surfaces and site development, as well as water and sewerage, electrical works and sanitary equipment. The building is to be constructed on plots 848, 849 and 1135 in Radłów. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within 25 weeks of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 30 September 2026 at 9:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 72 months. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed building construction, reconstruction, extension or modernization project worth at least PLN 300,000 gross during the last five years. No separate financial-capacity, turnover or professional-licence requirements are specified. Physical workers, equipment operators and drivers involved in the works must be employed under employment contracts during performance.
