Improving the Thermal Insulation of the Ceiling and the Safety of Roof Access at the Court of Appeal Building in Rzeszów

Summary

The tender concerns construction works at the building of the Court of Appeal in Rzeszów: removal and disposal of ineffective ceiling insulation and the existing wooden service walkway and roof hatches, preparation of the ceiling substrate, and installation of a new walkway, new insulation and new roof hatches. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signing. The site is an operating court, so the contractor must organise transport and waste removal without disrupting operations, protect roof membranes, fire detectors and emergency lights, keep the work area enclosed and clean, supply all materials and restore any damaged areas. All materials must be new and approved for use in Poland; equivalent solutions are allowed if their technical, functional and quality parameters are no worse than those in the design documents. The contractor must provide a five-year warranty and five-year statutory liability for defects. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 11:00.
