The tender concerns the comprehensive completion of previously started mechanical ventilation installation works in the Kitchen/Workshops building of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Centre, including the workshop area, kitchen and ancillary rooms. The contract includes organizing the construction site, carrying out modernization works in accordance with the technical documentation, and delivering complete as-built and acceptance documentation together with operating instructions for the installed equipment. The contract period is 120 days, and the bid deadline is 1 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must demonstrate two comparable mechanical ventilation construction, extension or modernization projects completed within the last five years, each worth at least PLN 2,000,000 gross, and must provide a suitably authorized works manager. A mandatory site visit is required, and its confirmation must be included with the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated platform. Price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the evaluation weight. No bid security or performance security is required.
