Purchase of a tractor and a crew-cab tipper vehicle

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of a new tractor and a new crew-cab tipper vehicle, divided into two lots. Lot 1 requires a 2026 tractor with at least 120 HP, 4x4 drive, a heated and air-conditioned cab, hydraulic equipment and other specified features. Lot 2 requires a 2026 four-wheel-drive crew-cab tipper vehicle for at least seven people, with a gross vehicle weight of at least 3,500 kg, an engine of at least 160 HP and the specified safety and equipment systems. Bids may be submitted for both lots. The contract period is one month. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 09:30. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%; the required minimum period is 24 months and up to 48 months receives the maximum score. A bid guarantee is required separately for each lot: PLN 3,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 2,000 for Lot 2.
