Renovation works in vacant residential units (4 apartments)

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in four vacant residential apartments in Warsaw. The works include replacement of windows, doors and flooring; plaster repairs and painting; replacement of water and sewage installations with fittings; and replacement of electrical installations and equipment. The works must be completed no later than 21 December 2026. The contract covers all four apartments as one package. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%). The minimum warranty is 24 months, while 30 months gives 20 points and 36 months gives 40 points. No bid guarantee is required. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed residential renovation contract from the last five years, worth at least PLN 100,000 gross and including general construction, sanitary and electrical works. At least one qualified works manager is also required. The successful bidder must provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
