Management of waste code 20 03 07 – bulky waste

Summary

The contract concerns the recovery and management of up to 250 Mg of bulky waste with waste code 20 03 07. The contracting authority will arrange transport to the contractor. The waste must be recovered in accordance with applicable law and the permits held by the contractor, and the contract is to run until 31 December 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the road distance between the contractor’s facility or base and the contracting authority’s storage base (40%). Bids must be submitted electronically via e-ProPublico by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required.
