Renovation of vacant municipal dwellings and preparation of energy performance certificates for renovated dwellings

Summary

The tender covers renovation works in vacant municipal residential premises in Częstochowa and the preparation of an energy performance certificate for every renovated dwelling. The procurement is divided into three lots, and bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract for each lot. The contract requires a qualified construction manager and a person entered in the central register of building energy performance assessors.
