Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of Christmas illumination elements from the contracting authority’s storage facility, their installation and commissioning in designated locations in Włocławek, operation and maintenance during the Christmas period, dismantling, cleaning, repair, and storage until 30 November 2027. The contractor must install and commission the decorations by 5 December 2026, maintain them from installation until 31 January 2027, provide a 24-hour fault-reporting service during the display period, and respond to faults within up to 3 hours. Damaged elements must be repaired or replaced at the contractor’s expense. The contract also includes the change from “2026” to “2027” on 31 December 2026, later dismantling, storage, and handover to the next contractor. The price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 22 September 2026 at 9:00. The contract is a single lot, no bid guarantee or performance security is required, and the documents submitted in the procedure must be in Polish.
