Municipal road modernisation – Second procedure

Summary

The tender covers the modernisation of municipal roads in the Świnna area and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns road modernisation under a build-only model on specified roads in Pewla Mała, Pewla Ślemieńska, Przyłęków, Świnna and Trzebinia. Lot 2 covers the preparation of complete design documentation, including opinions, approvals and decisions, followed by construction works for Podgórze Street in Rychwałdek and Turystyczna Street in Trzebinia. A company may bid for one or both lots. The contract period is up to 2 months for Lot 1 and up to 3 months for Lot 2 from contract signature. The bid deadline is 29 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60 points, and the warranty and defects-liability period, weighted at 40 points. The minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 36 months. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value.
