Thermal modernisation of the boarding-house building roof at the Complex of Post-Primary Schools in Zelow – OS

Summary

The tender concerns thermal modernisation and related construction works on the roof of the boarding-house building at the Complex of Post-Primary Schools in Zelow. The scope includes roof insulation, thermal insulation, roof repair and maintenance, mortar and gutter works, scaffolding, and the reconstruction of an existing gymnasium. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty carries 40%; no variants or lots are allowed. The bidder must demonstrate at least two similar construction projects completed during the previous five years and provide a suitably authorised construction professional.
