Preparation of design documentation and replacement of the passenger-and-goods lift at the MZOZ Specialist Clinic, 17 Pokoju Street

Summary

The contract covers preparation of design documentation, removal of the existing lift and delivery and installation of a new passenger-and-goods lift in the existing shaft of the Specialist Clinic at 17 Pokoju Street in Lędziny. The contractor must obtain any required permits, complete the formal procedures and arrange acceptance by the Technical Inspection Authority. The works are to be completed within 4 months. At least two comparable lift-replacement projects completed during the last five years are required, each worth at least PLN 300,000 including VAT. The team must include a qualified designer, a construction works manager and a person holding a Technical Inspection Authority or equivalent certificate for servicing passenger and goods lifts. The price has a 60% weighting and the warranty period 40%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 30 September 2026 at 10:00.
