Support for the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Białogard

Summary

The tender concerns construction and conservation works on the wooden tower of the historic Old Town Hall in Białogard, together with reconstruction of the gas installation in the nearby cultural building. The works include repairing and partly replacing the tower cladding and carpentry, conserving structural elements, repairing the terrace and roof, installing conserved windows and clock towers, and installing two cascaded gas boilers with related heating equipment and flue pipes. The contract also includes as-built documentation and obtaining an occupancy permit where required. The works must be completed within 8 months of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a gross lump-sum price in PLN, and the bidder must provide a PLN 4,000 bid guarantee. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and quality guarantee at 40%; the guarantee must be between 48 and 60 months. The bid must also comply with employment, electronic-signature and documentation requirements.
