Cleaning services for medical and administrative premises at Occupational Medicine Clinic No. 2 in Bydgoszcz

The tender concerns specialized cleaning and hygiene maintenance at Occupational Medicine Clinic No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, including approximately 3,000 square metres of medical, administrative and common areas. The service covers regular cleaning, disinfection of floors and selected equipment, supply of soap, paper products, waste bags and other hygiene materials, and the use of the contractor’s own equipment and floor-cleaning products. The bidder must demonstrate registration, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 120,000, cleaning experience at at least three medical entities during the last three years, and a quality certificate for cleaning facilities with enhanced hygiene requirements. The bidder must also provide suitably trained and medically cleared staff, normally three people for five hours per day, and must ensure immediate replacement in the event of absence. The detailed schedule, hygiene plan, approved disinfectants and other operational requirements must be followed.
