Comprehensive organisation and delivery of workshops and activities for senior citizens in Choszczno County

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive organisation and delivery of workshops, classes and activation events for senior citizens in Choszczno County under an EU co-financed social services project. It is divided into seven lots: physical and health activities with Nordic Walking events; handicraft and art workshops; photography workshops; memory and mental training with a final event; digital and educational workshops; social, civic and everyday independence workshops; and gardening and floristry workshops. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots. Services will be delivered in Choszczno or elsewhere in Choszczno County according to the contracting authority’s schedule, from contract signature until 30 March 2029. The contracting authority may increase or reduce each lot by up to 20% through an option. Offers are due electronically by 22 September 2026 at 10:00 and must be submitted in Polish, or with a Polish translation. The bidder must provide qualified and experienced personnel, suitable accessible venues, programmes and activity plans, and the water, refreshments, catering, insurance, materials and documentation required for the selected lot. Offers are scored on price (60 points), the experience of the nominated delivery personnel (30 points) and social aspects (10 points).
