Renewal of the multifunctional sports field surface at Primary School No. 1 in Lubaczów

Summary

The contract concerns the renewal of the surface of the multifunctional sports field at Primary School No. 1 in Lubaczów. The works include removing and disposing of 1,133 m² of existing synthetic turf, preparing and compacting the sub-base, supplying and installing 1,133 m² of synthetic turf on a shock-absorbing underlay, supplying and installing two 5 x 2 m football goals with sockets, and installing three bicycle racks. The works must be completed by 16 December 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least one properly completed sports-field construction, reconstruction or renovation project under a single contract during the last five years, including at least 1,000 m² of synthetic turf or polyurethane surfacing. The bid must include the required experience evidence, product and laboratory documentation, declarations, representation documents and a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026. Award criteria are price at 60% and the construction warranty period at 40%; only 36, 48 or 60 months may be offered.
