Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of the basement rooms of the Rzewnie Commune Office building to create a temporary shelter for 35 people. The works include reconfiguring the basement, structural works and reinforcements, an emergency exit, protection of window and door openings, fire-rated doors, mechanical ventilation, electrical installations, basic, emergency and evacuation lighting, reserve power with generator connection, a bathroom, evacuation signage, and finishing and repair works. The project does not change the building’s primary function. The works must be completed within 2 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 11:00 and will be evaluated using price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. A performance guarantee is required, while a bid guarantee is not required.
