Equipping facilities with equipment and teaching aids as part of the “Sensory Start for Preschoolers in the Bogatynia Municipality” project – repeat procedure

Summary

The tender covers the supply of teaching and sensory therapy equipment for four educational facilities in the Bogatynia municipality as part of the project “A Sensory Start for Preschoolers in the Bogatynia Municipality”. The scope includes 40 types of equipment and teaching aids, such as sensory swings, illuminated boards, projectors, blocks, mats, interactive equipment, balance equipment and sensory integration therapy equipment. A complete set must be delivered to each of the four listed facilities. The supplier must deliver, carry in and install the items that require installation within 30 days from the day after the contract is signed. All items must be factory-new, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, and supplied with the legally required certificates or approvals for use in kindergartens. The minimum warranty period is 12 months from acceptance. The tender is not divided into lots. The deadline for tenders is 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are gross tender price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A warranty period of 12 months receives 0 points, while 24, 36, 48 and 60 months receive 10, 25, 30 and 40 points respectively. The price must be submitted in Polish złoty, including the applicable VAT details.
