Reconstruction, extension and upward extension of the public utility building’s changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports and recreational site in Nowogród Bobrzański

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction, extension and upward extension of a public utility building used for changing-room and sanitary facilities at a sports and recreational site on plot no. 531/3 on Fabryczna Street in Nowogród Bobrzański. The works include demolition and earthworks, structural and finishing works, water and sewage systems, central heating with a heat pump, ventilation, electrical and photovoltaic installations, site development, as-built surveying, and delivery and installation of specified basic sanitary and sports equipment. The building will have a usable floor area of 105.66 m² and a built-up area of 140.44 m². The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Bids are due by 28 September 2026 at 08:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be scored up to 60 months. No bid security or performance security is required.
