Design and renovation of the thatched roofs of the late-18th-century Tatar house in Radomsko

Summary

The tender covers renovation of the thatched roofs of the historic Tatar house buildings in Radomsko, dating from the late eighteenth century. The works include dismantling and disposal of the existing thatch and stabilising timber elements, replacing damaged roof components, supplying and installing new thatch, and internal and external impregnation of the thatch, structures and façades, including fire-protection impregnation. The works must be completed within 49 days of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 10:00; price is the only award criterion.
