Supply of computer and network equipment for the Regional Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Olsztyn

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots, and a tender may be submitted for both. Lot 1 covers the supply of 50 new desktop computer sets, each including two monitors, a keyboard and mouse, an operating-system licence, a perpetual office-software licence and cables; the contracting authority may additionally order up to 7 identical sets. Lot 2 covers 18 network-equipment sets, each including a managed network switch, two SFP-1G optical modules, a 36-month cloud management and authentication licence and technical training; up to 10 additional sets may also be ordered. The delivery period for either lot is up to 80 days from contract signature and no later than 28 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price at 60%, extended warranty at 30% and a shortened delivery period at 10%.
