Construction of a sports complex in Rajgrod

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a sports complex in Rajgrod. The contractor must provide a synthetic-turf football pitch of at least 30 × 62 m, a polyurethane multifunctional pitch of at least 19 × 32 m, a changing-room and sanitary building, LED lighting, fencing and ball-stop nets, stands with approximately 200 seats, bicycle racks, small architectural elements, technical infrastructure and monitoring. The project follows a design-and-build model and must be completed within 9 months of contract signature, and no later than 31 July 2027. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 14:30. A mandatory site visit must be completed before submission. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty length (40%).
