Reconstruction and extension of Nadawki Street in Wasilków

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and extension of local road no. 105424B, Nadawki Street in Wasilków, Stage I, to be completed within 18 months from contract signature. The works comprise four substantive tasks: the road section with stormwater drainage, energy infrastructure, street lighting and telecommunications works; water-supply and sanitary-sewer networks from the PKP area to Białostocka Street; a water-supply network within the closed PKP area; and water-supply and sanitary-sewer networks between national road no. 8 and the PKP area. The contractor must organise the construction site and temporary traffic arrangements, obtain the required permits, prepare documents needed for the occupancy permit, protect existing utilities and comply with employment, safety and environmental requirements. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation gives 60% to price, 15% to the construction manager’s experience and 25% to the warranty and defects-liability period.
