Development of EC1 Łódź external areas to increase biologically active surface

Summary

The tender concerns construction and landscaping works in the external areas surrounding the former EC1 power station buildings in the area of Targowa, Tuwima and Hasa Streets in Łódź. The scope includes, among other things, changing surface treatments, landscaping and planting, external and internal installations, supply and installation of equipment, expansion of low-voltage systems, dismantling and reinstatement of existing elements, acceptance procedures, permits and as-built documentation. The contract period is 24 months and the tender submission deadline is 1 October 2026. The contracting authority may separately order barrier gates, visual identity elements, a trellis, a lift and greenery maintenance. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria cover the price of the main works, the prices of five optional scopes and the experience of the construction manager.
