Selection, delivery and installation of air conditioners at selected facilities of the Lublin police garrison

Summary

The tender covers the selection, delivery and installation of air conditioners at selected facilities of the Lublin police garrison in two lots. Lot 1 covers several police facilities in the Lublin region, has an estimated value of PLN 105,691.06 and a 30-calendar-day completion period; the contracting authority may also exercise an option for five additional units. Lot 2 concerns the police station in Świdnik at 4 Warsztatowa Street, has an estimated value of PLN 178,520.00 and a 45-calendar-day completion period. Bids may be submitted for both lots. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 11:00. The bidder must provide the required F-gas certificates, evidence of previous experience and details of qualified personnel, and must account for the required performance security.
