Construction of a garage building for the volunteer fire brigade in Wola Wąkopna

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a single-storey garage building for the volunteer fire brigade in Wola Wąkopna, including the necessary technical infrastructure. The works comprise a 116.23 m² building, 122.50 m² of paved surfaces, a 3 m³ wastewater holding tank, four parking spaces and a retaining wall, as well as demolition of the existing 34.61 m² garage building. The works must be completed within 14 months of contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 09:00, together with a bid guarantee of PLN 8,000. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the duration of the quality guarantee (40%).
