Improving road infrastructure in the city of Rzeszów – road reconstruction with a bituminous surface increasing load-bearing capacity

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of streets managed in the city of Rzeszów and installation of bituminous surfaces, including preparatory and demolition works, replacement of kerbs, manhole covers and drainage inlets, sub-base construction, asphalt-mix surfacing, shoulders, induction loops and road markings. The main scope includes, among other items, 2,560 m² of asphalt surface, 60 m² of sub-base, 15 manhole or drainage-inlet elements, 3 induction loops and 15 m² of road markings. The works must be completed within 12 months of signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 10:00; the bid guarantee is PLN 3,000. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40%). Bidders may offer a period of 5, 6 or 7 years. The contracting authority may exercise an option worth up to 200% of the basic contract tender value and will require the successful bidder to provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total contract price.
