Supply and updating of IT equipment, peripheral devices and software

Summary

The procurement is divided into 10 lots and covers the supply of computer accessories, software and peripheral devices, as well as software licence updates, for the Regional Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. Lot 1 covers computer accessories and Lot 10 covers four A4 colour laser multifunction devices; Lots 2–9 cover updates to forensic, cost-estimating and vehicle-diagnostic software. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Lots 2–9 and Lot 10 must be completed within 30 days of contract signing; Lot 1 requires the basic delivery within 30 days, while the optional delivery may be ordered within 90 days and must then be completed within 30 days. Evaluation uses price (60%), warranty terms (20%) and warranty repair time (20%) for Lot 1; price (95%) and technical assistance (5%) for Lots 2–9; and price (60%), energy consumption (7%), warranty terms (20%) and warranty repair time (13%) for Lot 10.
