Modernisation of sanitary facilities on two floors of the Rembertów District Office building

Summary

The tender covers the complete modernisation of the women’s and men’s sanitary facilities on the first and second floors of the Rembertów District Office building. The works include removing existing equipment and finishes, construction and installation works, new floor screeds and waterproofing, upgrading water and sewage, ventilation and electrical systems, interior finishing, and supplying and installing new sanitary fittings and equipment. The second floor must be completed first, and works on the first floor may begin only after acceptance of the upper floor. Noisy demolition works are permitted only after 4:00 p.m. on working days or at weekends.
