Roof renovation of Building A at the prison in Łódź

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of approximately 624 m² of roof at Building A of a prison in Łódź. The works include removing the existing roof covering, sheet-metal work and rainwater systems, and installing a new roof, thermal insulation, sheet-metal work, rainwater systems, repaired chimneys and a new lightning-protection system. Ventilation elements, a roof access hatch, entrance canopies and related electrical and ventilation works must also be installed or restored. The works will be carried out in an operating prison facility in stages and must be completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. A tender may be submitted only for the complete scope; partial tenders are not allowed. The tender deadline is 28 September 2026 at 08:00. A mandatory site inspection must be arranged and completed before submission; a tender submitted without the inspection will be rejected. The award criteria are price at 60%, warranty period at 30% and completion time at 10%.
