Purchase of information and telecommunications equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of computer equipment and software in eight lots: 50 laptop sets, 14 monitors, 6 monitors with built-in cameras, 2 75-inch monitors, 70 Microsoft 365 licences, one Windows Server 2025 server, server-environment IT infrastructure, and surveillance cameras with accessories. Bidders may submit a tender for any number of lots. Equipment must be new, produced no earlier than 2025, sourced through the manufacturer’s authorised sales channel and compliant with the minimum specifications in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion and the tender must remain valid until 20 October 2026. Lots I–V and VII–VIII must be completed within 30 days, while lot VI must be completed within 56 days of contract signature. A PLN 1,000 tender guarantee is required for lot VI.
