Purchase, installation, commissioning, operation, servicing and dismantling of lighting installations in Imielin – 2026/2027 season

Summary

The contract covers the purchase of new lighting decorations, their transport and installation in public spaces in Imielin, installation of connections and protective measures, testing, keeping the lighting fully operational, repairing faults, and dismantling and clearing the site after the season. Purchase and installation must be completed by 27 November 2026, the lighting period runs from 28 November 2026 to 2 February 2027, and the entire service must be completed by 16 February 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 2,500 tender guarantee is required. Price carries 60% of the score, response time to faults 20%, and the number of workers engaged under employment contracts 20%.
