Construction of a multi-family residential building with site development and technical infrastructure in Swiecie on plot no. 641/5

Summary

The tender covers construction of a five-storey, partially basemented 45-apartment residential building, a refuse shelter, parking spaces, site development and technical infrastructure on plot no. 641/5 in Swiecie, together with obtaining the final and unconditional occupancy permit. The building has 2,831.47 m² of usable floor area and the planned completion period is 16 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 12:00. A PLN 200,000 bid guarantee is required. The evaluation awards 60% for price, 20% for the warranty and statutory liability period, and 20% for the completion period.
