The tender covers the design and construction of a photovoltaic system of up to 40 kWp on Hotelowa Street and a heat-pump system with an approximate thermal capacity of 180 kW, including the required approvals and permits, testing, commissioning and handover. The scope also includes as-built and construction documentation, compliant waste management and the remedying of defects during the warranty period. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026. It is not divided into lots. Bidders must have third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000 and the required previous experience with photovoltaic and heat-pump installations.
