Reconstruction of municipal roads in Wielopole

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of municipal roads in Wielopole divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns reconstruction of the road on plot no. 252, including lower and upper crushed-stone sub-base layers, asphalt surfacing, new road shoulders and replacement of drainage elements such as gutters and culverts. Lot 2 concerns the road on plots no. 6/14, 6/18, 7/13, 7/15 and 276/7 and includes, among other things, subgrade stabilisation, a crushed-stone sub-base, asphalt surfacing and crushed-stone shoulders treated with asphalt emulsion and stone chippings. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and the same bidder may be awarded both lots. The works must comply with the design documentation and technical specifications and must be completed within 2 months of contract signature. A warranty of at least 3 years is required for each lot. The bid deadline is 28 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period carries 40% of the evaluation; a 4-year warranty receives 20 points and a warranty of at least 5 years receives 40 points. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish. Before contract signature, the contractor must provide a performance bond equal to 5% of the total tender price.
