Renovation of the water reservoir and pond in Stary Ogród Park, Radom

Summary

The tender concerns renovation and maintenance works at the water reservoir in Stary Ogród Park in Radom. The works are intended to improve stormwater retention and slow runoff, reduce the risk of flooding, create conditions for vegetation growth, and enable stormwater infiltration into the first groundwater level by removing sealed surfaces from the reservoir bottom. The works must be completed within 18 months of contract signature: commencement must take place within one month, followed by 17 months for completion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 08:00. Price is the only award criterion. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required, as well as security for proper contract performance.
