Construction of a covered ice rink in Gogolin

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a year-round covered ice rink in Gogolin on a design-and-build basis. The works include demolition of the amphitheatre, reconstruction of the stadium stands and construction of a retaining wall, construction of an ice rink with a 20 × 40 m ice surface, changing and sanitary facilities, delivery and installation of machinery and equipment, and delivery of vehicles. The facility must also be usable as a skate park during the spring and summer period. The works must be completed within 12 months of contract signature; up to 6 months is allowed for design work and the required decisions. The tender deadline is 28 September 2026 at 12:00. A PLN 125,000 tender guarantee is required. The award criteria are price (60%) and quality warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be at least 48 months and periods above 72 months receive no additional evaluation benefit.
