Increasing the energy efficiency of Zlocieniec's district heating system – replacement of the heating network

Summary

The tender covers district-heating network construction and replacement works in Zlocieniec in three tasks: replacement of a 729 m network on Pusta Street, construction of a total of 667 m of network in the area of Piłsudskiego, Mickiewicza and 3 Pułku Piechoty Streets, and construction of 115 m of network in the Podmiejska Street area. The works include geodetic services and as-built surveying, occupation of land and road corridors, relocation of conflicting infrastructure, testing of welded and sleeve joints, the alarm system and soil compaction, provision of materials and construction equipment, and planting 5 trees and 10 shrubs. The works must be completed within 22 months of contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee and a mandatory site visit are required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the duration of the construction-works warranty (40%); the minimum warranty is 60 months and performance security is 5% of the gross tender price.
