Construction of a viewing tower with site development and associated infrastructure

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a free-standing steel viewing tower approximately 29–30 metres high in Pełczyce, including three viewing terraces, site development and associated infrastructure. The planned completion period is 17 months, and bids must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 20,000. Bids will be assessed on price (60%) and the guarantee and warranty period (40%); the minimum required guarantee and warranty period is 36 months, with bidders able to offer 36, 48 or 60 months.
