Removal of vehicles from roads in Gdynia and operation of a guarded parking facility

Summary

The tender covers the 24-hour removal of vehicles from roads, residential areas and traffic zones in Gdynia and the storage of removed vehicles in a guarded parking facility. Services are to be provided from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028; the contracting authority may increase the scope by up to 10% and extend the term until 31 March 2029. The work includes responding to removal orders, loading, safe transport, photographic documentation, parking and release of vehicles, collection of owners’ payments and reporting.
