Training for students and teachers

Summary

The procurement covers 13 separate lots for training students and teachers in JavaScript programming, fibre-optic technologies, computer network security, forklift operation, electrical and energy-sector qualifications, waiter, barista and bartender skills, event management, electrical installation design, and heat-pump design and selection. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, with no limit on the number of lots awarded to one bidder. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00; it must be electronically signed and remain valid for 30 days. The award criteria are price 60%, trainer experience 30%, and social aspect 10%. The contractor must provide practical training, suitable premises, equipment, training materials, examinations and certificates, and maintain the required training records.
