Adaptation of Building 4b to Fire Safety Requirements

Summary

The tender concerns adapting Building 4b of the Wodzisław Śląski municipal office to the applicable fire safety requirements. The works include construction and installation works, including fire-safety solutions and fitting the staircase doors with automatic opening drives, fire-protection modules, push buttons on both sides for persons with disabilities, and safety strips. The works must be carried out in accordance with the designs, technical specifications, bill of quantities and tender documents, while avoiding disruption to the municipal office’s public service activities; staircase works should generally be performed at weekends and other works mainly in the afternoon or evening.
