Supply of computer equipment

Summary

The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1 – 2 notebooks, Lot 2 – 3 notebooks, and Lot 3 – 1 interactive whiteboard. The equipment must be brand new, unused and manufactured in 2025 or later, and must have the certificates required for sale and use in Poland. The bidder must deliver the equipment to the contracting authority’s premises, unload it and carry it to the designated location. Free warranty service, a minimum 24-month warranty and a service response within no more than 4 working days after a defect is reported are required. The delivery period is up to 30 days from contract signature for Lots 1 and 2, and up to 30 days from receipt of the order for Lot 3. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and delivery time carries 40%.
