Summary

The tender covers the thermal modernisation of the Daszyna Municipal Office building in accordance with the design documentation, energy audit and technical specifications. The works include, among other things, insulating the flat-roof ceiling, replacing external windows and doors, installing a domestic hot-water system with a storage tank and heater, flushing and regulating the heating system, and installing a multisplit cooling system and photovoltaic system. The contractor must also carry out the required sheet-metal works, rainwater drainage, lightning protection, chimney repairs, plaster repairs, improvements to entrance stairs and platforms, and construction of entrance canopies. The works must comply with heritage-protection, environmental, accessibility and traffic-management requirements. The contract period is 180 days from contract signature. Tenders must be submitted by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must include a PLN 12,000 bid guarantee, qualification and compliance documents, and a minimum 48-month guarantee and warranty for defects. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), guarantee period (20%) and the use of zero-emission vehicles (20%).
