Roof Covering Renovation

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of part of the roof and replacement of the roof covering at VI General Secondary School in Zielona Góra. The works include removing the existing covering, installing damp-proofing and waterproofing, insulating the roof and flat roof, installing new two-layer or single-layer renovation roofing, sheet-metal and bitumen works, restoring rainwater systems, roof penetrations, chimneys and roof access, and restoring and testing the lightning-protection system. The works must be carried out in an operating school attended by pupils and staff, while also taking account of active mobile-phone base stations located on the roof. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. A site visit is mandatory before submission. The works must be completed within 2 months from signing the contract. Evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to the quality guarantee period; the minimum required guarantee is 36 months.
