Modernisation of storage premises for civil protection and civil defence purposes in Obrowo

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of an existing commercial and service building in Obrowo and its conversion into a building for a civil protection authority. The works include creating social and office facilities for the municipal administration responsible for crisis management, establishing storage space, adapting the site and providing the necessary technical infrastructure on plots 23/7 and 23/8. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026, and tenders may not be submitted for separate lots. The bidder must demonstrate the proper completion of at least one construction or building-extension project worth at least PLN 1,500,000 gross within the last five years and provide a suitably qualified construction manager and two works managers. The tender guarantee is PLN 20,000. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); a warranty shorter than two years will result in rejection. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026.
