Extension, upward extension and reconstruction of former mill buildings and change of use into a cultural centre

Summary

The tender covers the extension, upward extension and reconstruction of former mill buildings and their conversion into a cultural centre. The works include, among other things, roof renovation and the replacement and installation of windows and doors. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 25 September 2026. The price must cover the full scope of works, including necessary works that can be anticipated from the project documentation even if they are not listed in the bill of quantities. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the construction works (40%); the minimum warranty period is 36 months and the maximum period taken into account for evaluation is 60 months. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
