Stabilization of landslides on plots 655/28, 655/29, 1122/7, 1123, 1124, 1125, 1185/2, 1186/1 and 1186/2 and demolition of the sports hall on Kościanska Street in Dolsk (concerning the primary school renovation)

Summary

The tender covers landslide stabilization in Dolsk, demolition of the sports hall on Kościanska Street, and the design and renovation of the Janusz Kusociński Primary School building. The contractor must prepare multidisciplinary design documentation, obtain the necessary approvals and occupancy-related decisions, carry out the construction works, prepare as-built documentation, provide author’s supervision and transfer the copyrights. The works must be completed by 28 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Participation requires, among other things, liability insurance of at least PLN 1,500,000, financial resources of at least PLN 2,000,000, the required previous experience and a suitably qualified team. A tender guarantee of PLN 50,000 is also required.
