Task No. 2025/44: Reconstruction of the Parking Area at the ICDS Complex

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the parking area at the ICDS complex, including all works necessary under the design documentation and for proper completion of the project. The works must be completed within 80 days, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 9:00. To participate, the bidder must have at least one qualifying parking construction project, an authorised site manager and liability insurance of at least PLN 2,500,000. A tender guarantee of PLN 18,780 is required. Tenders will be evaluated on price, warranty period and previous experience; price accounts for 60%, warranty for 20% and experience for 20%.
